Piper, Leo, and Paige try their best to convince Phoebe to return to her life as a Charmed One, only to be surprised when she swims away instead of dealing with her feelings toward Cole. Piper however, decides to use magic to deal with her panic attacks, and as a result, has to deal with Necron comes to kidnap Phoebe in her mermaid form, only to be kidnapped herself.
