Cuban couple Esteban and his sick wife, Marina Hernandez, are pulled from the ocean during a dangerous rescue at sea while en route to the U.S. on a mission to reach Dr. House. Marina's medical records from Cuba were lost in the shipwreck, so the team runs a series of tests to determine the extent of her illness.
